Yo.. Good morning to all!
whoa.. what a nice morning today, drizzling but yet softly and peacefully soothing.. together with Jay Chou's Fa Ru Xue, it simply creates a very beautiful, dreamland-like feeling.. The world just simply feels so much like a carefree and happy haven for all now..
you know, usually when i buy CDS, i will listen to all the tracks for about like 10 times at one go.. then after that, by that time, i would have found all my favourite songs liao and i would like be stuck listening to that few songs only.. or nomintate the songs to a playlist in my Media Player and listen to them for the next few months..
Yet, this November's Chopin has made me listen to the entire album for more than 30 times already! not just the few selected tracks, but all the songs, over and over again! and THAT, is how good the CD is.. Even now, i am still going through the album over and over again, in search of the best song..
i have gotta agree with shiyin, Ye Qu is a beautiful piece of music.. but, Lan Se Feng Bao, Fa Ru Xue, Si Mian Chu Ge, Mai Ya Tang are also very addictive.. Every son creates a different mood, different feeling, and a different "Shuang".. Si Mian Chu Ge, the song that is created against the paparazi is one great song that displays fearless and fearsome attitude.. No joke, Jay Chou has got balls! The media can make or break entertainers, and artistes wun dare to offend the press and sometimes even give in to them, appearing weak and backbone-less.. Jay Chou, who wrote the lyrics and music himself, totally thrashed the paparazi to the core, magnificently, yet artistically... think without talent, one can never create lyrics like that..
and for what seems like a long long time, Jay Chou has finally got a few cheerful and upbeat songs in this album! Songs like Ye Ye Pao De Cha, Jian Dan Ai, Yuan You Hui and some others..
those kind of songs that can make you hold your loved ones hands, and go hop skipping down a road, with the big red sun setting in front of u, and long shadows trailing behing u.. then u two will "wu shi wu ke", "bu yue er tong" look at each other, and then blush and look away (usually the guy look at sky, girls look at floor.. although i dun know why..) , smiling damn sweetly..
then as the road reached the peak of a little hill, you begin to see the ocean in a distance, shimmering in the sunlight as it joins the horizon, meeting the setting sun.. some seagulls flap around the shore, a few yatches bobbing lightly on the water..
whoa.. Mai Ya Tang has the same effect.. go check it out! Yea!
shiyin, i strongly encourage you to go buy the album! u can be like me, do it the Poor People's method... buy the China Import one.. hahaha.. hey, its not pirated, and its not against the law! in fact, it just goes to show that if the price is affordable, many people, even the "Kiam" and "destroyed" people like me, will go all out to support albums and serial dramas! $19.90 VS $9.90, same music, same lyrics, same singer.. Why not?
when i was at TS yesterday, the singapore version had about 10 copies on the rack left, and i took the 2nd last one of the China Import thats on the rack.. so, dun need to paiseh one, i think most people are quite pragmatic in singapore.. hahaha! at least we have stopped supporting piracy!!
Lunzi dumped his chewing gums in the custom? hm.. hahaha.. haiyah, rong, dun blame him lar.. at least he smart enough not to get caught lor.. not like that goon woman in front of him..
by the way, rong, since u haven't got back to me, i guess u din manage to get them to go for your service ar? sorry about it eh.. im fine with going with you one, ONLY if everyone esle go together.. then i will see it as an outing and all.. maybe next time bah, hope u wun hold it against us..
haha.. thanks to rong and shiyin.. for the "see ya in 5 weeks time and 5 weeks 2 days time".. hahaha.. dun worry, i wun slap rong even if i fail on the 2nd last day one.. hahaha.. u all very funny leh! haha.. but i appreciate the thought.. i will try my best to give u all a Pilot friend soon! haha..
somehow.. i dun think United Nation is history leh.. hahaha.. Yin ar, UN is still around.. hahaha! The history one is called League of Nations! haha, suddenly, i remember history lessons in Kranji.. got Chay and hui jie in my class i think.. haha, can't help but remembering how me n houquan fought in class and semi-destroyed the teacher's table.. then Mr Ashley Tan came to class, sat on the table -- which eventually destroyed the table. haha, what is hilarious is that when the table collapsed, Mr Tan was still on it cooly, grinning at the class and stuck out a "peace" hand sign.. hahaha, damn hilarious!
i miss kranji..
alot alot.. think it was the best part of my life till date.. the environment, minus the smell on certain days, was good.. the teachers and friends were good.. NPCC was damn fun, even the "in-subordination" issue was a real test of true friendship and strength..
i could still remember how some of the NPCC mates began to outcast me in NPCC, saying i was a trouble-maker, weak stuff and how they will also be black listed and ruined in NPCC if they stuck around with me.. those bastards, haha, turn out they lose out in the end, and i had the last laugh after all.. life was still happy for me, and it all ended equal for all, like i didn't lose anything much except for some time spent with the VP and Tan KK.. hahaha...
no joke, it was a tough time, but i guessed in the long run it was beneficial, because i leanrt first hand about office politics, back stabbers, and the jist of getting things done in a politically correct method, which means make it look nice on paperwork, but learn to play punk and adjust anytime.. thats how i survived in Council in AJ as the Pres i guessed.. haha, surprisingly, the P and VP said was the best President in dun know how many years, the teachers were impressed, my council was supportive of my directions and i made a group of damn good buddies in Council.. sure, some power struggle came on against me, and there was a bunch of "Anti-Mak Movements" up against me.. (actually i think only got 3 of them ar..)
haha, but no kidding, just like the lyrics in Jay's Si Mian Chu Ge, "Xu ran bu shi wo de dui shou, hai shi ke yi cheng wei wo de gou" and the song Piao Yi, "shui gan yi wo wei di?"
im still here, happy, alive, kicking and drinking! hahaha..
yea, im sick of KTV too.. sing the same old songs everytime.. then go ancient, u see people start to sleep lar, start to cry lar and all.. hahaha.. i sing i also wanna sleep ar.. nevermind, Jay Chou has arrived again, time to go intensive training and learn a proper Jay song..
haiiiiizzz...
honestly, im damn scared.
damn scared i will fail in aussie, and come back with nothing.. then i really will be Yi Wu Suo You.. its a very big gamble, and im putting officership as the stake for pilot training.. and this casino plays an All or Nothing style of gamble...
i cried when i failed my chamber the first time round, and if i fail this, i dun know what i will do.. say, i ought to be happy to be able to try, but the thought of me becoming a man, a normal soldier, being barked at and all.. whoa..
damn scared..
just damn scared...
its like the most major exam im going to take in my life.. results will affect my life directly.. this exam cannot study for it, cannot learn before hand.. u take it in a place u never been to before, start immediately with teachers u haven't met before...
damn scared..
mak
