I think someone dump alot of ammo (bullets) near my house, if not why can i smell gunpowder.

Ya, another of chays not funny yet everyone is laughing joke.

As a big brother of this gang, the eldest of all, i should and will intervene abit and see what i can help to loosen the tension.


Conflict management 101.

Misunderstanding which due to miscommuniction is a common cause for conflict. So there is a need to clearify individual thoughts and ideas, ensuring that the person on the receiving end gets the CORRECT information and not distorted. No one is wrong in this situation, just that the words use and the tone is seriously unsuitable. There are alot of people viewing this blog, so i think nickname and riddles are fine to protect sensitive information and people. But if there is a doubt, pls go kpo around msn and ask around within our group to seek clearification.

This is the con of freedom of speech where ideas are going to be put out without proper filtration.

Pls dun stop blogging, everyone is waiting for people to blog and sometimes i click refresh on this site for more than 10 times per hr, especially so when i am so free now.

Find sometime to blog, i dare say that more than 60% of the member here are irregular blogger or haven blog at all. If not i will propose that those non-blogger will have there membership will be terminated.
